Pay Attention to Rail Plate Base Pad

As an indispensable part of the railway, the  Rail Plate Base Pad  plays an important role on the railway. If it falls off, which will influence the whole  Railway Fastening System  deeply. The first International Heavy Haul Congress in 1978 was held in Perth, Australia.
