Difference Between Tension Clamp Type Ⅰ and Tension Clamp Type Ⅱ

The shapes of Tension Clamp type Ⅰ and Ⅱ are same, and there is also a Rail Base Plate beside each other.
Tension Clamp type Ⅰ has two types like A and B, A type of elastic spring buckle singly has pressure 8 kN, stroke 9 mm, B-type elasticity of a single elastic buckle 9 kN, stroke 8 mm, The static stiffness of the pad is 90 ~ 120 kN / mm.
Tension Clamp type Ⅱ single buckle has pressure 10 kN, stroke 10 mm, track under the static stiffness of 55 ~ 80,40 ~ 60 kN / mm (rail joints).
Regular state iron are using Ⅱ type buckle fastener, while some local railway line is not so strict rules. Because the local railway is generally 50kg enough. The fastening strength of the type Ⅱ buckle fastener is higher.
