General Requirements For Rail Fastener

Rail Fastener shall:
1. Hold railings securely at the rail seat.
2. Restrict the turning of the railing about the outer borders of the rail .
3. Minimise longitudinal movement of railings through creep and thermal forces.
4. Assist in retention of course indicator.
5. Not lead to harm to the railing.
Where practicable, rail fastenings will be self-tensioning or allow tightening of the fastening into a predetermined load.
Where present Railway Fastening System aren't helpful in minimising longitudinal movement of railings, it's permissible to match Rail Anchor Bolt as a process of fulfilling this requirement.

Pay Attention to Rail Plate Base Pad

As an indispensable part of the railway, the  Rail Plate Base Pad  plays an important role on the railway. If it falls off, which will influence the whole  Railway Fastening System  deeply. In the high-speed railway subgrade, the separation of the slab Rail Plate Base Pad will reduce the track strength. This situation means the stiffness and service life of the track will be reduced directly. It causes the rail plate base pad to crack and disconnects from the lug time. Do You Know Heavy Haul Rail?

The first International Heavy Haul Congress in 1978 was held in Perth, Australia. Since the establishment of the International Association of Heavy Haul Transport in 1985, the definition of heavy railroads has evolved with heavy loads and advancing with the time. In 2005, the International Association of Heavy Load Associations proposed a new heavy haul railway standard that required to meet at least two of the following three conditions: 1.train traction quality is not less than 8000t 2.vehicle axle in the vehicle reach or exceed 27t 3.The length of the line is not less than 150 km, the annual freight volume is not less than 40 million tons.
