Alias stiffening anchor bolt, welding anchor bolt, foot bolt, foot screw, foot wire and so on. It is specially designed for burying in concrete foundations and is used for fixing various machines. It is also used in the Railway Fastening System for the base of the equipment. The 7-word anchor bolt is the more common one in the anchor bolt. It is generally made of Q235 steel. It is made of Q345B or 16Mn with high strength. It is also processed with 40Cr material with 8.8 grade strength, and occasionally with secondary or tertiary rebar. The anchor bolt has different forms of wool, thick rod and thin rod. The wool material, that is, the raw material steel, is not directly modified, and is directly processed from round steel or wire; the thick rod or the A-type, thin rod or B-type is processed from the steel to the corresponding required rod diameter. The welded anchor bolt is made by welding a stiffened iron plate with a single head bolt. Its resistance to drawing is strong. According to the different conditions used, it can reach 3.6, 4.8, 6.8, 8.8 and so on. The tensile strength of the 3.6 grade 7 anchor bolt is the tensile strength of the steel itself. The anchor bolt of Q345B or 16Mn raw material directly processed has a tensile strength of 5.8. The tensile strength of 4.8, 5.8, 6.8 and 8.8 refers to the mechanical properties specified in GB/T3098.1.
Second, the installation method
1. One-time embedding method: When pouring concrete, embed the anchor bolt. When the tower is controlled by overturning, the anchor bolt should adopt a one-time embedding method.
2. Reserved hole method: the equipment is in place, the hole is cleaned, the anchor bolt is placed in the hole, and the equipment is positioned and corrected, and then the non-shrinking fine stone concrete higher than the original foundation is used for watering, and the tamping is compact. The distance from the anchor bolt center to the base edge of the buried one shall not be less than 2d (d is the diameter of the anchor bolt), and shall not be less than 15mm (not less than 10mm when d≤20), not less than half of the width of the anchor plate plus 50mm When the above requirements are not met, appropriate measures shall be taken to strengthen them. The diameter of the anchor bolt for the structure should not be less than 20mm. When subjected to earthquakes, double nuts should be used, or other measures to prevent loosening should be used, but the anchor bolt should be anchored for 5 days longer than the non-seismic anchor length.
