(1) In terms of bolt torque, the spring bar should be in three-point contact. If it is not good, it should not exceed 8%.
(2) Before the oil is applied to the bolt, the rust should be completely removed, and then inspected to see if there are any defects or damages, and whether the fasteners are in the correct position and tight. If there are no problems, then the oiling work can be performed.
