If the pitch of the screw inspection is not correct, you will bake it with an oxyacetylene flame and then bend it with a sledgehammer. Weld the steel plate in the middle and add it, and fill it to death in the subsequent grouting;
2. For large bolts (with a diameter of more than 30m), the bolts should be cut off and welded with a steel plate in the middle of the bolt. If the bolt strength is not enough, two pieces of steel plate can be welded on both sides of the bolt. Its length should not be less than 3 to 4 times the diameter of the bolt.

The method of stretching is to use two stacks of pads as a support, and then on the side frame, a steel plate with a hole in the middle is mounted on the anchor bolts, and the bolts are tightened with the screws. long. Bolts must be welded with 2 ~ 3 steel plates at the same diameter. If the equipment has been moved on the foundation and it is inconvenient to move, if the flange strength of the base is sufficient, you can tighten the nut directly on the base and stretch the bolt.珣 After screwing to the appropriate A length, the screw must be loosened to prevent the bolt from pulling too much after cooling and even cracking the flange of the base;
3. If the spiral birch is too low (15mm below its required height) and cannot be stretched by heating, you can dig a deep pit around the bolt, cut the bolt about 100m away from the bottom of the pit, and weld a new bolt. The elevation must meet the requirements, and then round steel is used to make trouble. The length of the round bar is generally 4-5 times the diameter of the bolt.
