What is the Tensile Strength and Embedding Method of Rail Anchor Bolt?
As a Railway Fastening System Supplier, share with you. The tensile capacity of the anchor bolt is the tensile capacity of the round steel itself, and the size is equal to the cross-sectional area times the design value of the tensile strength (140MPa) is the allowable tensile bearing capacity during design. Rail Anchor Bolt generally uses Q235 steel, which is round. I haven't seen the use of threads at present, but it's okay if it is required by force. Rebar (Q345) has high strength, and it is not easy to make a nut screw.
Rail Anchor Bolt
For light round anchor bolts, the burial depth is generally 25 times its diameter, and then make a 90-degree hook about 120mm long. If the bolt diameter is very large (such as 45mm) and the burial depth is too deep, you can weld the square plate at the end of the bolt, that is, make a big head (but there are certain requirements). The burial depth and the hook are to ensure the friction between the bolt and the foundation, so that the bolt will not be pulled out and damaged. Therefore, the tensile capacity of the anchor bolt is the tensile capacity of the round steel itself, and the size is equal to the cross-sectional area times the design value of the tensile strength (140MPa) is the allowable tensile bearing capacity at the time of design.
The embedding of anchor bolts is carried out simultaneously with the construction of the foundation steel bars, and is carried out crosswise. Use the mould line to release the corresponding vertical and horizontal axes, and at the same time, use a steel ruler to release the position of each set of anchor bolts on the foundation reinforcement. Lay the anchor bolt cover plate at the position marked on the base steel bar, use the line hammer to measure the correction of the vertical and horizontal axes and the horizontal and vertical axis marks marked on the cover plate, and mark the reinforcement along the periphery of the cover plate. Put the screw of the anchor bolt through the sleeve plate from bottom to top, screw on and adjust the tightness of the nut and the top elevation of the anchor bolt. However, it should be noted that during the construction process, a horizontal ruler can be used to detect the sleeve plate and the screw to make the sleeve plate surface in a horizontal state and the screw in a vertical state. To fix the anchor bolts, 8 bolts are required to weld the bolts and screws. Try to use electric welding to link the lower part of the bolts and the base reinforcement to ensure the accuracy of the anchor bolt position. After the welding is completed, loosen and adjust the nut on the cover plate so that the distance between the bottom of the cover plate and the reinforcing steel of the foundation surface is about 30cm, and the concrete protective layer cushion should also be placed between the bottom of the cover plate and the reinforcing steel of the foundation surface. Adjust the sleeve plate with a level to ensure that it is as horizontal as possible, and tighten the nut on the upper part of the screw.
